Chevrolet Blazer Returning Available Trims and New Additions
In addition to the 2LT, 3LT, RS, and Premier trims, the 2023 Chevrolet Blazer has two new trim levels. The Blazer Midnight Sports Edition features a gloss black grille, black nameplate, blacked-out mirrors, black emblems, and standout 18-inch wheels. The Blazer Redline Edition has blacked-out front and rear Chevrolet bowtie emblems, a blacked-out grille, a black header bar, black mirrors, black door handles, and black Blazer badges with red accents. You’ll also get black 20-inch wheels with red accents to pull some serious attention on the road.
All 2023 Chevy Blazers get a facelift with a refreshed front fascia and grille to provide an aggressive and stylish Camaro-like appearance. You’ll also find new LED daytime driving lights, new LED headlights, and new taillights for an ultramodern look. New 18-, 20-, and 21-inch wheels also add an updated finish to the Blazer. No matter which trim you go with, you’ll catch the eyes of other drivers.
Chevrolet Blazer Bold New Exterior Colors
The first thing you’ll notice about the 2023 Chevrolet Blazer is that only two color options carry over from the 2022 model: Red Hot and Black. Bold new options replace the other colors: Radiant Red, Radiant Red/Black, Sterling Gray, Sterling Gray/Black, Nitro Yellow/Black, Iridescent Pearl/Black, and Red Hot/Black. The two-tone options are guaranteed to impress everyone you drive past.
Chevrolet Blazer Innovative and Updated Technology

Every 2023 Chevrolet Blazer comes with a 10.2-inch HD color center touch screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. You’ll also find a wireless charging pad as a standard feature on the RS and Premier trims and as an optional extra on the 2LT and 3LT. An HD rearview camera, Bluetooth, SiriusXM, Wi-Fi hotspot, and USB ports are also standard to help keep everyone connected and entertained during the ride. You also get OnStar, Chevrolet Connected Services, and the myChevrolet app to control specific features, such as starting your vehicle or unlocking the doors.
Chevrolet Blazer Reliable Power and Performance Remain
The 2023 Chevrolet Blazer sticks with the same engine options from the previous model year. A 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with stop/start technology is standard on the 2LT and 3LT. You get 228 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque from this engine paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. A 3.6-liter V-6 engine, also paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission specific to the V-6, is standard on the RS and Premier. The V-6 delivers 308 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque and includes stop/start technology to help conserve fuel.
Performance-enhancing features of the 2023 Chevrolet Blazer include a four-wheel anti-lock brake system to help you stop on a dime when necessary. The standard drivetrain is front-wheel drive, with all-wheel drive available for better handling over various surfaces. You can customize your drive based on current road or weather conditions or your personal preference using the drive mode selector. Choose from Tour, Sport, Snow/Ice, and Tow/Haul on all trims, with the all-wheel-drive options adding Off-Road, All-Wheel Drive, and Sport. The specially designed suspension gives you a smooth ride and optimum handling every time.
The StabiliTrak electronic stability control system with traction control helps keep you on your intended path. You also get a 3.47 axle ratio and dual-outlet exhaust with circular bright tips as standard features on the lower trims, which get traded out for a dual-outlet exhaust with rectangular bright tips on the RS and Premier. Available performance features include a hitch view, a heavy-duty cooling system, and an advanced clutch all-wheel-drive system.
Chevrolet Blazer Minor Changes to the Already Impressive Interior
Apart from the larger touch screen front and center in the 2023 Chevrolet Blazer, the interior design will see very few changes. The LT features an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, air filtration system, dual-zone automatic climate control, keyless entry and ignition, rear air vents, remote start, a cabin humidity sensor, a six-speaker sound system, and a 4.2-inch diagonal color driver information center.
Higher trims add options such as heated front seats, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a six-way power-adjustable passenger seat, an 8-inch driver information center, ambient interior lighting, a heated steering wheel, and heated rear seats. You can also get a wrapped steering wheel, ventilated front seats, leather upholstery, driver’s seat memory settings, and a Bose premium eight-speaker audio system. Additional options include a 120-volt power outlet, an HD surround vision system, front USB data ports and auxiliary jack with an SD card reader, and navigation.
Chevrolet Blazer Safety Features Stay the Same
Chevrolet keeps the same safety and driver-assistance features for the 2023 model year, offering Chevy Safety Assist on all trims. You get automatic emergency braking, a following distance indicator, Teen Driver, forward collision alert, rear seat reminder, front pedestrian braking, and lane-keep assist with lane departure alert as standard features on all trims. Other options include an enhanced automatic emergency braking system, lane change alert with side blind-zone alert, rear cross-traffic alert, rear park assist, and safety alert seat.
