Knew what I was looking for and reached out to Stan McNabb Chevy/Cadillac regarding a vehicle they had in stock at the time. I got an email response to my online inquiry within 30mins (this was also at almost midnight!!). Went to look at the truck 2 days later, test drove the vehicle and addressed any of my concerns with my salesman, Roger Knott. From there, I was assured everything would be repaired to my expectation, and proceeded to make the deal happen. The whole process was quick and easy, I’ve had experiences in multiple dealers all across the country from MA to CA - but Stan McNabb was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. Next I got to the finance office with Chris Johnson - I promptly told him I was only interested in adding on GAP. Again unlike other dealership experiences, he did not try to “sell” me on any other packages/warranty/etc. A truly seamless process all around. Stan McNabb Chevy/Cadillac will absolutely have my business again in the future.
