The Columbia Arts Building (CAB) features its own spacious studio to provide residents with functional space for fitness and exercise. CAB Movement hosts classes seven days a week, so there’s always something you can get involved in. The lineup of yoga classes is wonderfully diverse and includes:

  • YOmassage: Enjoy a restorative combination of yoga and therapeutic touch.
  • Yoga – Power: Really feel your muscles with this strength-focused yoga.
  • Yoga – Restorative: Soak up the positive vibes of a deep yoga practice that connects the mind, body, and spirit.
  • Yoga – Vinyasa Flow: Build stamina, stability, and strength through poses that flow smoothly from one to the next.
  • Yoga – Rocket 1: Get moving with fast-paced vinyasa yoga.

If you’d like to diversify your workout routine, CAB Movement also offers cardio stretch, kickboxing, REFIT, hip-hop dance, tai chi, Zumba, and strength circuit training.

Lotus Rising Yoga
