Hattie Jane’s Creamery is the go-to spot for ice cream lovers in Columbia. This shop produces small-batch ice cream and puts a unique spin on some of the classic flavors. They make the ice cream base with milk from local Tennessee cows, resulting in smooth, creamy, and delicious ice cream.
The menu features a wide variety of flavors, with some seasonal ones that you’ll want to get while they last. The current seasonal flavors include Strawberries and Cream, made with local strawberries and cream cheese. These are swirled together for a delicious blend of flavors in every bite. You can also get Lavender and Wildflower Honey, Candyland, and there’s also a wonderful Strawberry Jam Coconut.

The homemade pop tarts are also a must. The outside is pie dough, made from scratch, and the inside is a sweet and delicious fruit filling.
B’s Salty and Sweet also has a selection of cookies, cupcakes, croissants muffins, and more. Their signature chocolate chip cookies will bring a smile to your face, and you can also get lemon sugar, rainbow sprinkle, snickerdoodle, peanut butter and more. Each month features at least one seasonal cookie selection.
